• Environmental friendliness: The raw materials are mostly renewable resources, and the production process consumes relatively less energy compared to traditional wood flooring, in line with modern environmental protection concepts. The release of harmful substances like formaldehyde is low, and some products can even achieve zero formaldehyde release.
• Comfort: It has a certain elasticity and a comfortable foot feel, reducing fatigue during walking.

Product process	Champion WPC flooring is mixture of 60% wood flour and 35%high density polyethylene with the addition of 5% certain additives to improve physical,weathering and  processing properties. The polyethylene used in this product is a high quality, recycled materialmade up of mainly calcium powder, plastic and compatibilizermaterial. The wood flours are also a recoveredmaterial which are processed, filtered and driedbefore being compounded with the polyethylene. The resulting product 100% recyclable.
